DivFlex

Offline Testing Module

Digital testing module technology designed to simplify engineering, maintenance and test bench reconfiguration.

Based on DIVMAC’s DivConnect architecture, DivFlex stores all relevant information directly within each module and eliminates the need for traditional rack-based configurations.

DivFlex is a digital testing module system developed for electrical testing applications.

The solution is based on DivConnect technology, integrating module connections and configuration data directly within the testing module itself. Each module contains the information required for operation and can be exchanged directly by the operator.

This allows test systems to be reconfigured without maintenance intervention while maintaining the functionality required for electrical testing processes.

Unlike traditional architectures that rely on rack-based installations, DivFlex enables module replacement and workstation reconfiguration through a simplified connection concept.

Digital Module Architecture:

Built around digital technology to simplify engineering and maintenance activities.

Integrated Module Information:

Each module stores its own operational and configuration data.

Operator Module Exchange:

Modules can be exchanged directly by the operator without requiring maintenance assistance.

Simplified Reconfiguration:

Supports test bench adaptation through module replacement and automatic configuration handling.

Rack-Free Operation:

Maintains standard testing functionality without requiring a rack installation.

DivConnect

Offline Testing Module

Digital connection technology developed for electrical testing modules.

DivConnect integrates connection management, detection systems and configuration data directly into the module, simplifying engineering, maintenance and test bench configuration.

Watch It in Action:

DivConnect is a digital technology developed for electrical testing modules.

It integrates the connections and detections required for testing through dedicated DivConnect cards installed within each module. The system stores all relevant information directly in the module, including visual guidance data and testing functions.

This information is automatically available whenever the module is connected to the testing system. Modules communicate with the test system through a standard RJ45 connection while maintaining their functionality without the need for a rack-based architecture.

This approach simplifies module installation, engineering and maintenance processes.

Integrated Connection Management:

Connections and detections are integrated directly within the module through DivConnect cards.

Embedded Configuration Data:

Each module stores its own operational information and testing parameters.

Visual Guide Storage:

Visual assistance information can be stored directly within the module.

RJ45 Communication:

Modules connect to the testing system using a standard RJ45 cable.

Rack-Free Architecture:

The technology maintains full module functionality without requiring a rack.

Simplified Maintenance:

The embedded architecture simplifies module management and servicing.
