Low-Voltage Testing.
Reliable testing solutions for wire harness assembly, electrical verification and dimensional inspection throughout the production process.
Our portfolio includes Offline Testing Systems, Clip Checker Solutions, Self-Board Stations and Push-Pull Technologies.
Offline
Understanding these solutions.
An Offline Testing System, also known as an Electrical Testing Table, is designed to verify the electrical conformity of wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
It is typically positioned after the assembly process and uses dedicated testing modules to verify continuity, short circuits and other electrical characteristics according to the product requirements.
An Offline Testing System typically includes:
– A structure configured according to the customer’s product and production process;
– Electrical testing modules designed for connector and component verification;
– Hardware and software for test execution, control and result management.

Clip Checkers
Understanding these solutions
Our Clip Checker Systems are designed to verify clip presence, position and orientation while maintaining the intended wire harness layout.
Dedicated testing modules verify clip installation, while mechanical locking systems secure the clips during inspection.
Depending on the configuration, release can be manual or pneumatic.
Support forks and holders are used to route the harness across the board and maintain the required geometry throughout the verification process.

Self-Board
Understanding these solutions
Our Self-Board Systems bring assembly, dimensional control and electrical testing together in a single workstation.
Based on the same testing concepts used in our Offline Testing Systems and Clip Checker Solutions, they allow wire harnesses to be assembled and verified without transferring them to a separate station.
The harness is assembled directly on the board while maintaining the required layout, and electrical testing can begin once the operator completes the assembly process.

Push-Pull
Understanding these solutions
Our Push-Pull Solutions are designed to support wire insertion into connectors and verify that terminals have been correctly retained after assembly.
By requiring both insertion and pull movements, the system helps confirm that each terminal is properly locked within the connector cavity.
Push-Pull stations are commonly used for the assembly of wiring subsets and connector subassemblies before they are integrated into the main wire harness.
Push-Pull.
